This combination of fast and slow carbohydrates in a gel form is very easy to drink. Per 40g of gel you get a 115 kcal boost. The carbohydrates used are maltodextrine and fructose. The formula is completed with sodium and is available in the following flavours: piña colada, orange and red fruits. We also have a cola version which contains 60 mg of caffeine. To minimize the gastrointestinal stress we added the minimum required quantity of acidifier.
