All bikes are shipped in professional-grade reinforced boxes. To ensure safety during transit, bikes are 85% pre-assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step setup guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear and components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets or custom-built wheels that have been mounted or used on a ride.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services for online orders?
While we cannot perform physical fittings remotely, we provide a detailed 'Find Your Fit' calculator on every product page. If you are between sizes, our expert mechanics are available via live chat to review your measurements and recommend the best frame geometry for your riding style.
What kind of warranty comes with a new Rouleur Cycles bike?
Every bike purchased through our store comes with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on original components. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear on items like tires, chains, or brake pads.
